Independent Consultation and Investigation Mechanism

Communities or individuals who believe they have been or may be adversely affected by a Grabeck Company-financed project can submit a complaint directly to our independent accountability mechanism.

Two Complaint Resolution Phases

Complaints undergo initial eligibility review, followed by either a Consultation Phase (facilitating dialogue and dispute resolution between parties) or a Compliance Review Phase (independent investigation of operational compliance).

Office of Institutional Integrity

For allegations involving fraud, corruption, collusion, coercion, or abuse of power in our financed operations, the Office of Institutional Integrity conducts confidential investigations with whistleblower protections.
